His Grace Percy Nesbitt-Punglenard III

His Grace Percy Nesbitt-Punglenard III 26th Earl of Glochester in charge of Aboriginal Aritfacts at the British Museum has a twin brother Lord Percy Algernon Nesbitt-Punglnard IV.

His Grace Percy doesn't fit into the world of high society very well, he is content to wait for his betrothed to reach maturity (Princess Catherene of Saxe-Weimar age 12) and while away the hour poring over AustrlAsian aboriginal artifacts, and while tecnically a Captain of the 16th Lancers Regiment he almost never attends functions. The only Social events he does attend is the Queens Ball held on Boxing Day (Dec 26th), The Prescott Horse Racing, and the Army Tattoo. His brother on the other hand attends all the balls in the Socal Season, does all the right things, wears all the right clothes, joins all the right clubs and knows all the right people. Upon turning 25 he bought his Majority in the Life Guards and was made XO of the 12th Hussar Regiment. He is also a member of the Explorers Club and invents things on the side, this is how he knows of Basil. He is famous among inventing circles for his "Reciprocating Pistol with Electromagnetic Balance Arm and Thermo-Optic sights" a.k.a. an auto pistol with laser sight and 2x telescopic IR sight [in game terms its just a Navy Pistol +2 with a malfunction chance of 1-4]

Secretly he hates the socal life and is quite bored except when doing what he loves and that is inventing! His Grace Percy knows this and helps "find" old books and mauals on mechanics for him to read, they actually get along quite well just not in public, and the only times they are seen together in a very public way is at the Prescott (horse racing) the Army Tattoo (army displays for the commoners in August) and the Queens Ball. Though they both meet every week for tea somewhere and catch up. And recently His Grace Percy has taken up Fencing and Target Shooting as well as Skeet shooting to try and improve his aim now that he's more then just a academic.

One pet peeve of Percy's is the fact that he very rarely is addressed in the correct way : "Your Grace" He dosn't care if his friends call him other things but civil authourity (police, etc) had better be correct or else watch out!
